We are happy to offer free shipping to all orders shipping anywhere to the contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, additional fees may apply.

At the moment, we only ship to U.S. addresses. If you live outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to arrange a shipment to your home, where ever it may be!
If you would like to cancel your order or make any order adjustments, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-978-8895 within 1 hour of placing your order. Since we try our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, any adjustments or cancellations after 1 hour cannot be completed.
If you would like to change items in your order, please call or email us to cancel your existing order within 1 hour. Then, you can place a new order for the correct items.
If you would like to cancel your order after the 1 hour grace period, please wait for your order to arrive and follow the return instructions below to receive a full refund.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products that you will love and adore. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Q Squared purchase, please send it back to us within 30 days of the date the order was received for a full refund. Please visit our Return Portal to start the return process. Once we receive your return request, we will issue a return label with instructions on how to return the package.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the merchandise when returned within 30 days after the order was received. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and be new and unused in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns received after 30 days will be eligible for store credit. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and be new and unused in order to be eligible for store credit. Merchandise returned after 60 days from receipt will not be eligible for store credit.
If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please send a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If you do not notify us within 30 days of receipt, credit or replacements cannot be issued. If you wish to exchange your purchase for different merchandise, please return the product(s) you'd like to exchange as instructed under "Returns" to receive a refund. Then, place a new order for the new product(s) you would like to order.
All items ending in $0.99 are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
