Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products that you will love and adore. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Q Squared purchase, please send it back to us within 30 days of the date the order was received. If you wish to return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order Number
- First Name
- Last Name
- Reason for Return
Once we receive your return notice, we will issue a return label and a Return Authorization form. Please pack the merchandise as carefully as when you received it, include the Return Authorization form with your package, and secure the return label to the package. Make sure to write down the tracking number for your reference. Drop off your return to the local carrier center or schedule a home pick up.
If you would like to cancel your order or make any order adjustments, please email email@example.com or call 888-978-8895 within 1 hour of placing your order. Since we try our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, any adjustments or cancellations after 1 hour cannot be completed.
If you would like to change items in your order, please call or email us to cancel your existing order within 1 hour. Then, you can place a new order for the correct items.
If you would like to cancel your order after the 1 hour grace period, please wait for your order to arrive and follow the return instructions above to receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid for the product(s) or merchandise when returned within 30 days of the date the order was received. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the date of receipt will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Receipts and original packaging must accompany all returns for refunds to be issued. Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please send a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If you do not notify us within 30 days of receipt, credit or replacements cannot be issued. If you wish to exchange your purchase for different product(s), please return the product(s) you'd like to exchange as instructed under "Refunds" to receive a refund. Then, place a new order for the new product(s) you would like to order.
All items ending in $0.99 are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
